What exactly does the setup service include?

We take care of all the initial steps to get your marketplace shop ready for sale:

  • Professional look: We'll create a catchy banner and profile picture/logo for your shop.
  • Profile data: We'll fill in all the necessary profile fields for you.
  • Interactive links: We'll add contact links to your profile so customers can easily reach you (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger – whichever you prefer).
  • Shop description: We'll add a fitting description to your shop, explaining what exciting things customers can find.
  • Activation: We'll activate the initial free plan for your shop (which allows adding one product).
  • First product (Optional): If you wish, we can also add your first product, complete with images, description, and price.

How does the process work?

It couldn't be simpler!

  1. Buy the service: First, purchase the "Marketplace Setup Service" from our e-shop. After payment, you will receive an "Order reference" (e.g., #1234) with your order confirmation. Keep this!
  2. Fill out the form: After making the purchase, come back to this page and fill out the special form. You will be asked to enter your "Order reference" in the form, which we use to verify that the service has been paid for.
  3. We do the work: We will set up your shop, create the visuals, and add the info (usually within 1-2 business days, depending on the order queue).
  4. Done! We will email you the necessary login details, and your shop will be ready for business!

Good to know: After filling out and submitting the form, you will be given a unique link. From this link, you can track the status of your order in real-time – you'll see how far along we are with your shop setup and when it will be ready.

What do we need from you?

To get your shop ready on a "turnkey" basis, we ask you to fill out the form with the following information after purchasing the service:

  1. Order reference: The order number (e.g., #1234) you received after paying for the service. This is mandatory to verify your payment.
  2. Basic information:
    • Your full name
    • Phone number
    • Email address (which the account will be linked to)
    • Bank details (Bank account number and account holder's name, where sales revenue will be transferred)
  3. Shop info:
    • Shop name (What will your marketplace shop be called?)
    • Shop description (A short explanation of what you sell or what makes your shop special.)
  4. Contact links:
    • Which links do you want on your profile (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger)?
    • The corresponding URLs (link to your Facebook profile, Instagram account, etc.). For WhatsApp, your phone number is sufficient.
  5. First product info (Optional):
    • Product images (up to 5)
    • Product title and short description
    • Desired price (€)
