Step-by-Step Checkout Guide

The most important principle: You do not pay for the entire cart at once. Instead, your cart acts like a queue where you settle up with each seller individually.

Step 1: The First Seller in the Checkout

The system will automatically direct you to pay for the first seller's products. There are two possible scenarios:

A) Buying new items from the EQITHRA e-shop:
You will see a secure payment environment where you can choose your preferred payment method, such as bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, etc.) or LHV hire-purchase.

B) Buying used items from a marketplace seller:
Marketplace transactions are handled directly between the buyer and seller via bank transfer. After submitting your order, the seller's bank details (name and account number) will be displayed on the screen and sent to your email.

Step 2: Moving to the Next Seller

Once the first seller's order is processed, the system will redirect you back to your cart, where the next seller's products will be waiting. You will then repeat Step 1.

Step 3: Continue Until Your Cart is Empty

Continue the process until you have paid for all the items from all sellers in your cart. When your cart shows a message that it is empty, all your purchases have been successfully completed! Each seller will then ship their items to you separately.

Why can't I pay for everything at once?

This is based on our platform's principle of transparency. Since money for marketplace items goes directly to the sellers' personal bank accounts, separate payments ensure that every seller receives their money quickly and directly.

What happens if I interrupt the process?

If you complete an order for one seller but leave the items from other sellers unpaid, those products will remain in your cart, waiting for you on your next visit.

Where can I find the seller's bank details if I closed the window?

Don't worry! With every marketplace order confirmation, we send you an email containing the seller's name, bank account number, and order details.
