To start selling your products, choose a membership plan that suits you. Here is everything you need to know about how the plans work and how to choose one.

How does the membership system work?

Why is a plan necessary?

The most important rule is that you must have an active membership plan to add products to your store. If you don't have a plan and try to add a product, you will be automatically redirected to this page to choose a suitable one.

How do the plans work?

  • Active Product Limit: Each plan is limited to a certain number of products that can be active at the same time. This doesn't mean you can't swap products. If you delete a product (for example, after selling it), a spot becomes free, and you can add a new product in its place without having to upgrade your plan.
  • Free Trial Plan: A free plan is available for new sellers to try out the platform, but it can only be used once. After using the free plan or once it expires, it will no longer appear in your list of plans.
  • Purchase and Activation: You can only purchase one plan at a time – you cannot add multiple plans to your cart. Your plan will be activated automatically as soon as your payment is accepted.

Changing Your Plan: Upgrading and Downgrading

You can change your plan to a larger or smaller one at any time, according to your needs.

What does upgrading mean?
This means purchasing a plan with a higher product limit (and usually a higher price). When you purchase a new, larger plan and it becomes active, it immediately replaces your old plan. Your previous plan will expire automatically, even if it still had time remaining.

What does downgrading mean?
This means purchasing a plan with a lower product limit (and usually a lower price). This is a good option if your product range has decreased or if you sell seasonally. Important rule: Before you can purchase a smaller plan, you must reduce your number of active products to fit within the new plan's limit.

Good to know: When you downgrade your plan, the remaining validity period of your previous (more expensive) plan will be added to the validity period of your new (cheaper) plan.

Plan Expiration and Renewal

We will notify you by email before your plan is about to expire. If your plan has expired, you can renew it. You can also extend your current active plan at any time.
