When a potential buyer uses filters on the portal (e.g., searching for a specific breed, location, price, or age) and your horse meets these criteria, your listing will be displayed among the first in the list. This ensures that interested parties see your offer before others.

SITUATION A: Your browser window is still open after payment

1. Return from the bank or payment environment back to this exact Eqithra Horses page.

2. Scroll down the page to the section marked "Point 2".

3. Select the exact package you just paid for from the dropdown menu.

4. Enter the order number you received via email after making the payment into the field.

5. Click the "Confirm and Activate" button.

SITUATION B: You accidentally closed the page after payment

Don't worry, you can complete the process as follows:

1. Go back to your horse's listing on the portal.

2. Click the "Order Highlighting" button again.

3. You will be redirected back to this page. Now follow the instructions for "SITUATION A" starting from step 2 (scroll to Point 2, select the package, enter your existing order number, and confirm).

After clicking the "Confirm and Activate" button, the administrator will receive a notification, verify the payment receipt, and manually activate your listing's highlighting.
